When Sawada Ieyasu is born, he is a beautiful baby. With gold eyes, blonde hair, and pale skin, he is cherished by his parents and loved by all who lay eyes on him. Surprisingly, he doesn't cry very much, and really, he is rather quiet — appearing almost thoughtful.
Nana takes one look at him and knows that he will come to great things, no matter what he pursues.
Iemitsu takes one look at him and knows that he is going to be a son to be proud of.

Ieyasu is only five when he wishes to have a different name. All the boys and girls in class make fun of his name. Ieyasu can't even pronounce his own name. It's horrible, and

It isn't like he wants it to happen, it just happens! Whether it is because Tsuna accidentally does something to anger a bully or whether a bully just thinks Tsuna to be an easy target, the thing is that Tsuna gets bullied. A lot.
Sure, his good — and only — friend Gokudera Hayato tries his best to fend off the bullies, but that only works when Gokudera is around. And if Gokudera is stronger than him, which he most of the time is.
